Summer is the best time for camping! And without delicious, fire-cooked food, there is no camping. We’re big fans of BioLite’s new outdoor gear, and today we’re sharing PizzaDome, a delicious new accessory for her BaseCamp.
First, BaseCamp is a BioLite wood stove and grill that converts heat into usable electricity for large-scale cooking and charging. With just fallen branches or small pieces of firewood, you can cook wood meals and charge appliances at the same time. It’s a smart alternative to fossil fuel stoves that produce an elevated cooking fire that burns smarter than any fire you’re used to.
PizzaDome is a modular system that you can use separately as a traditional lid for concentrated heat and faster cooking times. While out in the wild, cook pizza, flatbread, and other foods in this three-part system that works in conjunction with the BaseCamp stove. There’s a built-in thermometer to monitor your food temperatures, as well as a ceramic pizza stone.
