Spanish studio MUT Design have crafted modular kitchen units from materials found elsewhere in the home: copper, ash and marble. The collection includes a kitchen island, cabinet, glass display case, serving trolley and room divider. A marble sink stands on a copper pillar in an ash frame. The drawers and trays are removable to allow access to utensils from both sides. A large cupboard for household appliances and other kitchen utensils completes the basic kitchen. The glass cabinet and serving trolley are made from ash and powder coated steel, in addition to a low copper bowl. The Float collection is a radically innovative offering hoping to restore the status of a fully livable space in the kitchen.
