Cabins are all the rage right now, and we just can’t get enough of the free-spirited living they offer. That’s why we always share beautiful cabins. This little cabin called Lily Pad is located in Logan, Ohio and is surrounded by wooded land.
It’s a small shipping container home with just a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and tiny living area, but it still feels fairly open thanks to the large windows and strong connection to the outdoors. The bedroom is very small but also very comfortable. It has a full height window that opens up the space and offers a beautiful view of the forest. The rest of the rooms are combined into one open area. A motorized glass garage door serves as a link between the inside and outside.
The angled roof actually extends forward and covers the porch. There are more amenities out here. There is a swing bed on one side which is really cool and fun. There is also a hot tub on the opposite side of the lanai, sheltered by the extended roof. There is a fire pit to the side and outside and a small seating area. All in all, while this is a small structure, it offers all the necessary amenities, features and more in a really nice and complete package.
